Sourcer

Recruiter Drive is hiring a Sourcer to fuel our searches with hard-to-find talent. You'll partner closely with our recruiters to build strong, diverse pipelines across engineering and go-to-market roles — and keep our TalentFlow ATS pristine. This is a great seat for someone who loves the hunt and wants to grow in technical recruiting.

What you'll do

• Run Boolean and x-ray sourcing across LinkedIn, GitHub, and the open web to identify top candidates.
• Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that earns responses.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines in TalentFlow with accurate, well-tagged data.
• Partner with recruiters on search strategy and calibration.
• Track sourcing metrics — response rates, pipeline coverage, and conversion.

What we're looking for

• Experience sourcing technical and/or go-to-market talent (or a strong desire to learn, for junior applicants).
• Comfort with Boolean/x-ray search and sourcing tools.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, curious, and persistent.
• Comfortable working remotely.
