Recruiter Drive is a boutique, AI-powered search firm for technical and go-to-market hiring. We're growing our team and looking for a full-cycle Recruiter who can own searches end-to-end for our partner clients — and represent the Recruiter Drive brand with a white-glove candidate experience. You'll run your pipeline in TalentFlow, our in-house applicant tracking system.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle searches: client intake, sourcing strategy, screening, submittals, interview coordination, and offer.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines in TalentFlow, keeping data clean and current.
- Partner directly with clients as a trusted advisor on market, compensation, and process.
- Deliver a standout candidate experience that reflects the Recruiter Drive brand.
- Hit submittal, interview, and placement targets across concurrent searches.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in technical and/or go-to-market roles.
- Agency or boutique search experience strongly preferred.
- Confident sourcing across LinkedIn, Boolean, and outreach; comfortable owning a req from kickoff to close.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and metrics-driven.
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
