A fast-growing enterprise software company is seeking a strategic, hands-on Client Services Director / VP to build and lead its enterprise delivery organization. You will own complex enterprise implementations end-to-end and build the processes, governance, and operating rhythm that enable predictable, high-quality delivery at scale. This role sits at the intersection of execution, leadership, and growth — directly impacting retention, expansion revenue, margin, and the ability to scale sustainably.
What you'll own
- Lead complex enterprise software implementations from proposal through go-live and post-launch optimization.
- Build structured project plans with defined scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and success metrics, with proactive risk mitigation.
- Operationalize repeatable delivery frameworks and scalable onboarding/implementation standards.
- Serve as executive point of contact for select enterprise clients and build trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales to identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities; drive retention and referenceability.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of project managers and cross-functional contributors across remote engagements.
- Own services P&L — forecasting, margin management, utilization targets, and capacity planning.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years leading teams of project managers delivering complex enterprise software implementations at a large system integrator or enterprise software company.
- 3+ years as head of client services for a small, rapidly growing enterprise software company.
- Prior P&L responsibility with a proven ability to grow revenue and margins.
- Track record of delivering complex enterprise projects on time and within budget.
- Able to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
